Mr. Gaines founded Point91 in 2016 after spending a number of years with a boutique Registered Investment Advisory firm. Prior to that, Mr. Gaines started and sold several businesses in media & publishing. His entrepreneurial experience has enabled him to distill the message of risk inside an investment portfolio in ways that complement what many business owner clients engage in on a daily basis.
Clark graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1999. He & his wife reside in Baton Rouge, LA with their two daughters
