Megen Reilly serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Almanack Investment Partners and is a member of the firm’s executive leadership team. She oversees firm operations, compliance, cybersecurity, advisor onboarding, regulatory oversight, vendor management, and strategic growth initiatives. Serving as the operational backbone of the firm, Megen helps drive operational excellence while supporting advisors and clients across the Almanack platform.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Megen has built a career focused on operations, compliance, advisor support, and business development. Throughout her career, she has partnered with successful advisors and financial firms to streamline processes, navigate complex regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
Known for her hands-on approach and commitment to service, Megen serves as a trusted resource to Almanack’s advisor network, helping advisors and their teams leverage the firm’s operational, compliance, and technology resources to better serve their clients and achieve their goals. She takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering practical solutions that allow advisors to focus on what matters most-serving their clients and growing their businesses.
Since joining Almanack in December 2020, Megen has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and evolution, helping to enhance its operational capabilities, compliance infrastructure, and advisor support platform. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, home improvement projects, exploring creative pursuits, and spending time with her large, close-knit family and friends.
